These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by ProPass (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

ProPass offers a trading challenge management service to assist clients in passing proprietary trading firm challenges:

  • Our service includes the management of your MT4 or MT5 trading account until the challenge is successfully completed.
  • You are strictly prohibited from executing trades on the account while it is under our management.

2. Payment Terms

  • No Upfront Payment: Payment for our services is required only after 80% of the challenge has been completed.
  • Refund Policy: If we fail to pass the challenge, you are eligible for a refund as outlined in our Refund Policy. However, refunds are not available if the failure is due to your independent trading or violation of these Terms.

3. Client Obligations

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date account credentials and information.
  • Avoid accessing or trading on the account while it is under our management.
  • Comply with the rules and conditions of the prop firm whose challenge you are completing.
  • Use a VPN or secure network when required for anonymity purposes.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in service termination without a refund.

4. Confidentiality and Security

  • ProPass is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your personal and trading account information.
  • You agree not to share or distribute any of our trading strategies, methods, or processes.

5. Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy covers the following:

  • Refunds are provided if we fail to pass the challenge due to reasons attributable to our team.
  • Refunds are not provided if the account fails due to your independent trading, violation of prop firm rules, or breaches of these Terms.

In certain cases, we may offer a Free Repeat of the challenge instead of a refund, such as when:

  • The account maintains a positive balance but fails to reach the profit target within the trading period.
  • The account experiences a temporary drawdown but is recoverable.

6. Service Limitations

While ProPass maintains a high success rate, you acknowledge that:

  • Success is not guaranteed in every case due to external factors, including prop firm rules and market conditions.
  • Our liability is limited to the refund of the service fee as per the Refund Policy.

7. Liability

  • ProPass is not responsible for any account breaches, suspensions, or losses caused by your independent trading or failure to follow prop firm rules.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the refund of the service fee.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our services immediately if:

  • You engage in trading or account access during our management period.
  • You provide false, incomplete, or misleading information.
  • You violate these Terms or the rules of the prop firm.

9. Intellectual Property

All trading strategies, methods, and tools used by ProPass are our intellectual property. You agree not to reproduce, share, or distribute any proprietary information without our prior written consent.

10. Amendments to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws. The updated Terms will take effect upon publication on our website or notification via Telegram or email.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.
